We typically ship earrings on the 20th of each month, so you can expect them at the end of the month of the current billing cycle.
Subscriptions are billed on the 5th of every month. Cancellations must be done prior to the current month's billing cycle to avoid being charged for the current month.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on earring club products. If your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately.

I was very excited when I signed up for the earring club only to be disappointed with my very first purchase. The earrings that I received were bent and I don’t want to spend $31 a month on bent earrings. No wonder she sent me the “last one” she had left. They were the bent ones being saved for last.
I absolutely loved this first pair—the mixed metals and floral detail with the turquoise were exactly my style. They feel very artisan and unique, not mass-produced. Really excited to see what comes next!
