How do I change my address for the Earring Club?
In order to change your address simply navigate to the tab labeled “My Subscription”. You will see a button next to your active subscription that says “Change Address” select that and update the address there!
Note: Changing your address in the Addresses tab will only update the default address used at checkout. It will NOT update your subscription address.
How do I pay my custom order invoice?
Navigate to the “Orders” tab. You will see a list of all of your orders that you have placed with that. If you owe a payment to us then you will see an option to Pay Now.
How do I pay for or update my auction items?
Our system will send out an email if you have won any items; however, you can view active status and pay alternatively by visiting the “Auctions” tab above.
