Orders and Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday. Stock orders typically are processed within 24 – 48 hours. Custom products on average take 4 – 6 weeks for complete processing.
If you need your order by Christmas please call us before you place your order!
There are multiple ways to create an account. The standard way is to create an account while going through the check out process. Another way to create an account and start accruing additional savings is to sign up to the Earring Club!
Standard orders: Your default shipping address can be found under My Account > Addresses. This will change the address that is populated on check out.
Subscription Address: Subscription addresses can be updated by going to My Account > Subscriptions you will find the address form specifically for subscriptions there.
We do have an option to store your credit card securely on The Rowdy Rose.
You will need to check “Securely Save My Card” on check out to bind it to your account.
We use industry standard encryption to keep your data safe. To update your card on file you can visit My Account.
Yes, sales tax is charged based on Economic Nexus. To learn more please visit our Terms & Conditions.
Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada.
If you need to return an item
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept items returned up to 30 days after your order has been delivered. Returns are limited to damaged or defective items.
Due to the uniqueness of custom products we can not accept any returns for those items, custom orders are not eligible for returns.
