I started this business because I was on the other side of it. Sitting on a jr rodeo committee and trying to budget awards that you can put a smile on these kids faces with out breaking the bank. To not give them the same old stale cookie cutter bummer products but something they cherish ( or use) no matter how big or small. There is no better feeling than happy kids but possibly one of the hardest and most thankless jobs in our industry is being in charge of the “awards.”

Something I’ve been offering for a while at The Rowdy Rose is a free pendent/keychain/necklace/dog tag/earrings. Completely complimentary as long as the purpose is to boost your awards budget and of coarse consider me 🙋🏻‍♀️ for those awards. This in turn helps all the hard working committee members expand their budget, and boost association moral. You’d be surprised how many moms, dads, aunts, uncles, bosses and just friends will by a cool looking key chain to support our kids. I’ve done this and seen upwards of 5k in budget increase 🌹
